Returns

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase, but if you wish to make a return, please note the following:

- Items must be returned in their original condition within 14 days of purchase.

- Shipping and return delivery fees are non-refundable.

- Please retain the original packaging, as our pieces are delicate and require proper protection during transit.

We reserve the right to decline returns or exchanges if an item is not in its original condition due to misuse or damage. Due to the fragile nature of our product, occassional damage during transportation can occur, in such case please contact us within 24 hours upon receipt of the item. If an item arrives damaged, we will arrange a replacement. However, all damages must be reported to the courier before they leave, and the damaged item must be returned with them. Once the delivery has been accepted and the courier has left, we cannot take responsibility for any damages. 

We are unable to accept returns for bespoke pieces, given these are commissioned especially for you, bespoke orders can be modified or canceled within 24 hours of purchase. Beyond this timeframe, cancellations are not possible

All refunds will be credited to the original payment method. If you paid by credit card, a refund may take up to 10 business days for your bank to complete.
