EMAIRO currently ships within the European Union only. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight and dimensions of your selected piece(s). For inquiries regarding deliveries outside of Europe, please contact our team directly.

All deliveries are made to the curbside of the specified delivery address. You will be contacted in advance to confirm your delivery date. Please ensure someone is present at the agreed time, as missed deliveries may result in your order being returned to the warehouse. In such cases, please reach out to us for further assistance.

For courier deliveries, we kindly ask you to inspect your items thoroughly upon arrival for any signs of damage that may have occurred in transit. Once the goods are accepted, EMAIRO cannot assume responsibility for any subsequent loss or damage. Should you notice any issues at the time of delivery, please inform the courier immediately so arrangements can be made to return the item on the spot. Please note that if a return collection is required at a later date, additional charges may apply.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours, including a clear description and supporting images of the issue. Our team will assist you in arranging a replacement or refund as appropriate.
